Cancelling your Easil Subscription
If you have decided to cancel your subscription, we would love to hear why. We’re always looking to improve and we appreciate your feedback!
Feel free to contact us through Easil’s Live Chat support (available by pressing the ? button)
If you still want to cancel your subscription, just follow these steps:
- Click on the Subscription button when logged into your Easil Account.
- Click on the Cancel link.
Your subscription will be cancelled before the next renewal date. If your Easil payment is organized via an Account, please contact Easil Support to advise of the cancellation requirement.
