How to add links to your design

Links let people click through from a digital design to an external website, booking page, menu, social profile, or other online destination.

You can add links to text, graphics, images, QR codes, and other selectable elements in the Easil Editor.

Adding a link

1. Open your design in the Easil Editor.
2. Select the text, image, graphic, or element you want to link.
3. Click the Link icon in the Actionbar.
4. Enter the website address you want the element to open.
5. Click Apply.

For best results, enter the full website address, including https:// where needed.

Updating a link

1. Select the linked element in your design.
2. Click the Link icon in the Actionbar.
3. Replace the existing website address.
4. Click Apply.

Removing a link

Select the linked element, open the Link pop-out from the Actionbar, then clear or remove the existing link.

Links and restrictions

If the Add Links restriction is locked for a template, team Members will not be able to add or update links on that design.
