When a folder is archived in Easil, the folder can still be viewed from the Archived area. The designs remain with their folder, so you can find and restore them together.
Archived folders are available from the Archived view in both My Designs and Templates.
Open an archived folder
- Go to My Designs or Templates.
- Select Archived.
- Look for the archived folder tiles shown above the archived designs.
- Click a folder tile to open it.
When an archived folder is open, the breadcrumb shows Archived / Folder name. Click Archived in the breadcrumb to return to the full Archived list.
Restore an archived folder
- From the Archived view, find the folder you want to restore.
- Click the ••• menu on the folder tile.
- Select Restore.
- Confirm that you want to restore the folder.
Restoring a folder moves the folder and the designs inside it back out of Archived.
In Templates, folder restore is available to team members with the Designer role.
If an archived folder looks empty
An archived folder may be empty, or the designs inside it may not match the filters you are using. Clear any size filters or return to the full Archived list if you cannot see the design you expected.
